Ryan is available for fixed scope, outcome-based consulting projects. All consulting engagements are operated through Assured Cloud Ltd.
Ryan is well versed integrating into existing and new teams
working Waterfall and Agile.
Ryan approaches consulting engagements using the following
process:
- Project initiation and planning
- Discovery and requirements gathering
- Consult with business and application stakeholders
- High Level Design (HLD) to map solution to requirements
- Low Level Design (LLD) to capture design decisions and configurations
- Prove and testing
- Training and handover
- Documentation
Currently, Ryan is unable to work on any consulting engagements
which sit within the IR35 legislation in the UK. All engagements must be fixed scope/fixed-price
with a set of pre-agreed project milestones. No work can be started until a PO is received aligned to the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) document.
